Two nature trails run through the property, and the river running past it has fish in it, past guests have caught bass there. It's a genuinely quiet stretch of the Midlands, tarred road in, no dirt roads to navigate, and close enough to Mooi River and Nottingham Road to explore both without either being right on top of you.
